 Product Construction Characteristics
For the client's assurance and guaranty, our products are manufactured in compliance with standards of "DIN", "ASTM and "SAE".
The raw material used has an excellent electric and mechanical performance, such as electrolytic tough pitch copper for highest conductivity annealed to ensure maximum installed strength "UNS C 11.000" and brass type "UNS C 26.000".
Treatment of plating can be made with a pure tin layer of 3 to 5 microns of thickness, which is suitable to operational temperatures up to 340ºF, or with nickel for situations above 340ºF, offering in both cases resistance to corrosive atmospheres without altering the electrical performance.
The serrated "V" grooves inside the barrel of each terminal enhance the crimping efficiency , which ensures maximum holding power.
We use first quality insulations whose efficiency remains unaltered along the product's life.
Our laboratories submit the raw materials received from our suppliers and our finished products to efficient and rigorous tests, which ensures satisfaction and security, saves energy and avoids unnecessary expenditures on technical assistance.

NIT
Non-Insulated Terminal
Consists of a bare terminal with a butted seam barrel. Chamfered barrel end for fast and easy wire insertion. Highly economical. Consists of a bare terminal with a butted seam barrel. Chamfered barrel end for fast and easy wire insertion. Highly economical.

NIT Brazed
Non-Insulated Terminal with Brazed Barrel
Consists of a bare terminal with a smooth silver alloy brazed barrel. Chamfered barrel end for fast and easy wire insertion. Brazed barrel can be crimped anywhere (even on seam) without splitting.

FIT
Fixed Insulated Terminal
An assembly of a bare terminal with a tightly fitted insulating sleeve made of PVC or nylon. The insulation facilitates wire entry, speeds production and will accept heavily insulated wire. Offers excellent insulating qualities and resists minor vibrations. Insulation color coded to standard commercial specifications.

FIIG
Fixed Insulated Insulation Grip
An assembly of a bare terminal, fitted with a tin-plated brass gripping sleeve and a tightly fitting insulation sleeve made of nylon or PVC. The sleeve firmly grips wire to protect against high vibration failures. Insulation color coded to standard commercial specifications.

Tubular NIT
Non-Insulated Terminal
Made of seamless electrolytic copper tube. The inspection window ensures the correct insertion of the wire into the barrel.

FISO
Fully Insulated Slip-On
The terminal is fully encased in the insulating material, which can be made of PVC or nylon. Eliminates the risks of shorting.
