LAMINATED RING

Most secure type of tongue style. Attaching screw or stud must be inserted through hole on the tongue; terminal cannot fall out if nut loosens. Available in wire sizes 26 AWG (0,10mm²) through 250 MCM (150mm²). Insulated, non-insulated and, until wire size 2 AWG (35mm²), insulated with gripping sleeve.

TUBULAR RING

Compression terminal, made of tin-plated electrolytic copper in order to obtain corrosion resistance, with an inspection window to ensure a good compression. Can be insulated in some wire sizes. Available in 12 AWG through 800 MCM (2,50 - 400 mm² ) wire sizes.

BLOCK SPADE

For use in terminal blocks or barrier strips. Tongue sides are flat so they lay flush against barrier portion of terminal block, providing a secure "locked-in" connection. Insulated, non-insulated and, in wire sizes from 22 to 10 AWG (0,25 - 6,50 mm²), insulated with gripping sleeve.

RING SPADE

Faster to install because it's not necessary to remove nut from screw. Insulated, non-insulated and insulated with gripping sleeve. Available in 22 - 10 AWG (0,25 - 6,50 mm²) wire sizes.

FLANGED SPADE

Same fast installation as spade terminal, but ends of tongue are turned up providing "locking" mechanism to help maintain connection should screw loosen. Insulated, non-insulated and insulated with gripping sleeve. Available in 22 - 10 AWG (0,25 - 6,50 mm²) wire sizes.

SPRING SPADE

Provides connection security of ring with insertion ease of spade. Small projection inside tongue forks provide snap-on mechanism "locking" terminal in place like ring terminal. Extra force required to remove - will not fall off stud or screw. Insulated, non-insulated and insulated with gripping sleeve. Available in 22 - 10 AWG (0,25 - 6,50 mm²) wire sizes.

BUTT CONNECTOR

For splicing or connecting wires together. Wires are inserted from either end and butt against a built-in wire stop. Butt connector is crimped in two places; one crimp for each wire. When insulated attends 22 - 2 AWG (0,25 - 35mm²) wire sizes. When non-insulated attends 22 - 4/0 AWG (0,25 - 95 mm²) wire sizes.

TUBULAR BUTT CONNECTOR

For splicing or connecting wires together. Wires are inserted from either end and butt against a built-in wire stop. Butt connector is crimped in two places; one crimp for each wire. Available in 12 AWG - 800 MCM (4,00 - 400 mm²) wire sizes.

WINDOW BUTT CONNECTOR

Same application as regular butt connector, but portion above built-in wire stop is cut away providing inspection window. See-through Nylon is used for insulated window butt connectors. Insulated or non-insulated. Available in 26 - 10 AWG (0,10 - 6,50 mm²) wire sizes.

PARALLEL

Designed for splicing or connecting wires together rather than termination inserted wires overlap. Only one central crimp is required. Especially useful when solid and stranded wires must be joined. When insulated attends 26 - 2 AWG (0,10 - 35 mm²) wire sizes. When non-insulated attends 26 - 4/0 AWG (0,10 - 95 mm²) wire sizes.

MALE AND FEMALE NYLON COUPLERS

Female housing fits entirely inside male to form fully insulated in-line splice. Molded nylon parts let you break and re-connect circuit without disturbing insulation. Eliminates shorting and flashover. Available in 22 - 14 AWG (0,25 - 2,60 mm²) wire sizes.

MALE AND FEMALE SLIP-ON TERMINALS

Not attached by use of a stud, instead tongue of female part slips on mating male part or tab. Provides quick and easy disconnection of wires. Slip-on terminals have excellent holding force due to detents and rolled edges on tongue of female. Insulated, non-insulated and insulated with gripping sleeve. Available in 22 - 10 AWG (0,25 - 6,50 mm²) wire sizes.

FULLY INSULATED FEMALE SLIP-ON

Same application as female slip-ons, but terminal is fully encased in insulating material. Eliminates time-consuming and expensive post insulation procedures. No fear of shorting or flashover. Available in 22 - 10 AWG (0,25 - 6,50 mm²) wire sizes.

FLAG SLIP-ON

Right angle parts provide advantage of slip-on terminal while giving design and packaging flexibility where space is a limitation. Insulated and non-insulated. Available in 22 - 10 AWG (0,25 - 6,50 mm²) wire sizes.

MALE FIXING TAB

Used in same manner as male slip-on; differs from straight tab, since it does not have a barrel. Has mounting hole for rivet or screw. Available in flat form or in 30º, 45º, 60º or 90º angle forms and from 2 to 8 pairs per part.

MALE FIXING ON-TAPE TAB

Similar to male fixing tabs. Available in flat form or in 90º angle form in continuous tape.

WIRE PIN

Designed for installation in compression blocks. Commonly used for terminating stranded wire. Insulated, non-insulated and insulated with gripping sleeve. Available in 22 - 8 AWG (0,25 - 10 mm²) wire sizes.

STRAIGHT PARALLEL PINS

Different from the wire pins by the flat shape of the tongue, which allows the overlapping of two or more terminals in the same block. Available in two different widths. Insulated, non-insulated and insulated with gripping sleeve. Available in 22 - 10 AWG (0,25 - 6,50 mm²) wire sizes.

TUBULAR PIN

Tubular pin with a straight tab as a contact, designed for high compressions. Strong and versatile, can be insulated in Nylon or PVC. Available in 8 - 2 AWG (10 - 35 mm²) wire sizes.

FERRULES

Consists of a tubular pin made of high-conductibility copper, tin-plated and insulated. Indicated for electro-electronic use, in which are required reduced contact dimensions and vibration resistance. Insulated or non-insulated. For 1 conductor, available in 20 - 4/0 AWG (0,50 a 95 mm²) wire sizes; for 2 conductors, available in 20 - 4 (0,50 a 16 mm²) wire sizes.

PIGTAIL CONNECTOR

Can be used as splice, wire butt, parallel or dead-end cap. Each size has given set of wire combinations it will accept. Single crimp provides reliable connection. Pigtail cannot "back off" the wires as screw-on type connector can. Insulated only. Available in 22 a 8 AWG (0,25 a 10 mm²) wire sizes.

STRAIGHT TAB

Designed for installation in terminal blocks, barrier strips and contactors. Due to its great seating, does not unhook itself with the fixation loosening. Insulated, non-insulated and insulated with gripping sleeve. Available in 22 - 10 AWG (0,25 a 6,50 mm²) wire sizes.
